あまり～ない

not very, not much~

この 家うちならどこにいても 涼すずしい、
 気持きもちの 良いい 風かぜが 入はいってくるだろう...
だから 一応いちおう、 扇風機せんぷうきはあるんだけど、
あんまり 使つかったことないんだよね。

In this house, a cool pleasant breeze comes in,
no matter where you are right?
That’s why, at any rate we have an electric fan,
but don’t really use it that much.
